Going to wrap up my first mini goal here in about month I reckon. Then I'll move on to my second one! Moving slow with my changes this go around instead of starting out gung ho with everything like I did last time. Seems to be working to help my stamina more because I don't get as discouraged. I've started waiting until I plateau before I add another exercise to my routine, and it seems to be helping the most.

I will be testing for my orange belt tonight!
