so yesterday i went over my calories, but that is only becuase after i ate my lunch i got a horrible migrane and threw up everything i had eaten. i layed in bed all day till it went away, ate a bowl of cereal and then was better to go out to dinner with my boyfriend. so i really have no clue how many calories i consumed.
