Hello everyone!! I have been out of the loop for awhile now. I have not lost any weight and I have given up on trying. As a result I gained back the weight that I did loose and started having back problems again. It seems like as long as I was logging onto fatsecret, recording my food intake, and exercise routine I felt better. So maybe I need to start working on one thing at a time. I do not want to go back to the way I was before I had my back surgery. I hope that you all will pray for me and give me some inspiration.

It comes down to one simple question: do you want to lose weight and what are you willing to do to get there? We all have the ability to change, you just have to make it happen. One step at a time. Add your exercise back in (it takes 3 or more weeks to become a habit). Start adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Slowly cut down on processed foods (the more natural the better). Add more water to your daily routine. Remember, the only time you fail is when you quit trying. Good luck!
