Back to Namma Bengaluroo after a 3 week vacation...wat a fun it was!! Now hell serious about getting back to my diet and routine!! Need some inspiration, My wedding is scheduled next year and I have to loose 15 kgs .....Need all the suggestions and some inspiration too :)

Welcome back and many congratulations on Wedding :) Wedding itself is a huge inspiration, on the top of it you have one whole year to achieve weight loss in a healthy way, So no crash diets or cleanse or stress-starvation. I lost 7-7.5 kgs 3 months before my sister was getting married. Hope you do better than me \m/

Hey Mohit,thanks!! Well now about the one yr for weight loss I am really not able to decide hw should I go ahead. Should I hire a personal trainer or should I work out myself...Any suggestions?

What I suggest is, to start workout at any gym. Even if you join gym minimal plan, trainers would help you in figuring out a good workout plan for your needs. I would suggest you follow it until you hit a plateau. In case you could not break it for a long time only then upgrade your services for personal trainer. They will spend a lot more time with you and make you push your limits. They will provide you diet plan and keep a close watch on you. I am going to get a personal trainer from next month as I have been in the plateau for past one month. I am getting very impatient.
