Today after a couple of laps of fast walking round the park I popped to the shops before school. I took myself to my favourite shop where they still have my favourite jeans - I now fit a size 12!!!!! Oh I am so happy I could literally burst lol.....

When pay day comes I am going back and I will buy them!! YES :) Really needed this boost to my self-esteem to keep me motivated especially since I have not been exercising as much and stuff I was beginning to feel anxious that I may start to slip.


Only two more weeks till we go to G and I know this will be my biggest challenge so i know that i have got to be totally ready and prepared for that temptation!!!
