UGH...so I had almost forgotten about this website. Now that the holidays are over, I should start to see some improvement, hopefully. I did walk 4 miles today, I'm going to try to make that my goal, even if the food is still bad, the best thing I think right now is to implement some exercise.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
