Well, I definitely ate over my RDI today but I wrote it all down and was honest with myself. I just keep need to take care of myself and do it!!! It is so much easier to keep yourself in check. I have been messing around with this--having one excuse after another as to why I can't lose weight. I just need to get myself in gear and tell myself that I am worth it. Of course, I tell myself that constantly and then blow it off. Some day, I pray I will continue on.
