Cant run today like planned. I went off my fodmap diet because I thought I'd figured out what I can and cannot eat. So yesterday I made this gluten free pumpkin pie... Apparently I have an intolerance to pumpkin. I'd completely forgotten (I mean, pumpkin eating is once a year)
So I feel miserable, keep wanting to throw up, and I'm bloated to the point where it looks like I'm pregnant. My mother had me eat a bagel this morning to help settle down the acid in my stomach. It's helped.
On the upside of things the thanksgiving dinner at my church is tonight. So now I literally can say no to food without question. The soy yogurt I just ate is letting me know that this is how it's going to go. Food tonight is a big no no unless I want to feel sick and miserable.
I'm probably going to bring a gluten free bagel to munch on though.
