i am 1 lb behind the lead in our biggest loser competition at work. We have only 2 more weigh ins. Things i resolve to do to win the competition:
Journal Every Day Take the 9 flights of stairs to work instead of the elevator Hit the gym for at least 30 minutes every day continue Hydrofit at least twice per week Convince my fiance to go for walks in the evening with me Whip out the Wii Fit at least 1 x per week.
4 weeks left and the only thing between me and that money is my own determination!
