My hunger control is out of control!! I went to the Dr. yesterday for my ankle and he put me in a brace. I got new running shoes today. the doc said I could run and walk and whatever as long as I kept the brace on. So... I worked out today (no running involved) with my bootcamp buddies. It felt like I had not exercised in weeks! It has only been 2 days. I really need to get my pains worked out because I need to be exercising.
