Well, I up'ed my weight goal by 5 pounds. Since my body is weighing heavier and my size is smaller than it should be for my weight, I am thinking maybe I need to go by my clothes size and not the scale. Once I reach my clothes size, I don't know what I need to do to maintain. I want to keep doing what I am doing because it feels more of a way of life and not a diet. I don't see my eating choices or exercise as something that is getting the weight off. Is that weird or what? I just see it as my new life style. I don't want to stop exercising daily because I truly believe now that it is like sleeping. You miss one day of exercise, it is like you miss one day of sleeping. I might cut down the mileage. All this week I have been doing 4 miles. So, I might just cut it down when I reach my goal. But I gotta keep moving.
