I worked up to 35 kg. (5 kg's more than 2 weeks ago)
METCON: 12 minutes (for time)
2 Rounds:
30 DB Push Press 100 Double Unders (200 singles) 20 C2B Pull ups (I did ring rows)
Over the weekend I'll do some measurements again to see if I have any change (against my October measurements), because the scale stays mostly the same.
