Tried to get out of bed by sitting up instead of rolling out like I usually do LOL epic FAIL!!! So I laid there and thought, and did 10 crunches lol I will get out of bed and not roll out if I have to do that every morning until my tummy is gone lol Another thing to motivate me and plus it made me giggle first thing lol I feel great today! Already had breakfast and can't wait to see what today holds! Don't have set plans to exercise if I get some in it will be nice but not gonna plan on it just take it as it comes.
