started out this morning with a chilly 43 degrees outside and raining. had water to drink for breakfast, didn't trust myself to look in the kitchen to long. the kids woke up between 8 & 9. got them up and ready to go. and headed to mcdonalds around 10, got them each a happy meal and myself two bacon mcdoubles no bun. came home and set my fatsecret page.positive encouragement so far and the kids are settled down for a nap in the next few minutes. then i get to see if i can get some housework done and talk to the wife before she goes to work. see about getting some squats in.

Forgot to get anything for dinner tonight, while i was out, so i broke down and had a cup more or less of hamburger helper stroganoff that my youngest didn't eat. feel guilty about that. but i was hungry lol that's it for today, hopefully i dont zombie snack
