I am so happy to be able to donate some of my bigger clothes and be able to fit into some that I haven't been able to wear in a very long time! I feel like I found a whole new wardrobe today. :)

I walked 8 miles this morning and feel great. I am finding that I am able to walk farther and longer now than I have been able to in the past.
