dammit dammit dammit!
last week I was sooooo good (well maybe not caramel vodka shots on wed!), and then Fri everything came apart!
Strawberry swirls!
and then Saturday was pizza! (although it was a small one!)
and last night was r&r margaritas and nacho's at Salsa!

I'm too afraid to even capture it!

I need to stop having a social life!

Starting on whey protein this am for the next three weeks, never done this, so hopefully it'l help with muscle gains, then just have to stay the hell off sugar!
