I didn't even weigh today. I think that I need to take a few days to reorient myself. My weight had gone p and down within 4 pounds for about a week. I am kind of tired of dealing with that. It is frustrating and makes me want to stop worrying about my weight. I have lost right at 90 lbs. I want to lose another 90. I need the motivation though. I don't feel it.
