昨天餓好久,算算斷時的時間有21小時,後來吃了火鍋但不飽,趕在回台北前吃了兩顆茶葉蛋、一小包核桃、炸玉米筍+杏鮑菇+起司球,再喝一瓶氣泡水,滿足了~不過炸粉是地雷......呃😰😰 體脂肪上升到30%......
