So I know now why I have been moody and irritable - just when I thought that I was done with this monthly inconvenience, it is rearing its ugly head again! I have cramps and my ankles are swollen a little. I guess because of my weight I have been very irregular and have gone without one for months. The cravings have gotten better since it started - at least that is a plus.

I know what you mean. The cravings stop usually the day before or day of it... very annoying. Working out has helped a little too, though I'll never admit it, wait, I just did, ugh. LOL :P
