Trying to get back in the swing of things. Been reading journals, trying to catch up around here. Life is funny...just when you think it's all going in one direction, it throws you a curve ball, and you're off track entirely!
Today's workout will be homebound. Squats, counter pushups, biceps, triceps, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and lunges.
Food shopping this afternoon...meanwhile, going to make an omelette this morning! (thank God for eggs!)
Life is good - weight staying steady...which all things considered is fine... now on to these last pesky pounds. ;)
Clothes all still fitting about the same. Slightly looser..but basically the same. Energy is high, protein helps alot!!!
