I had a great day today! Walked for a good 25 minutes. Wasn't much but, it happened. I had pancakes, a salad, a vegan cupcake & chai tea, spaghetti w/ mushroom, peppers, and tomatoes, and lots of water.

Water is easy for me. I drink all the time naturally. Always conscious of it. I'm okay with my food but I want to become a pro at nutrition. Must devise a plan beside food logging..

I need to start running. It's a personal goal of mine. I think I'll get a scale tomorrow to influence me.

So glad I'm still dropping weight. When I add exercise I'm sure it will be even better!

Maybe take a bio class online? Something about how the body digests food etc. It's kinda crazy, I'm not sure if I like knowing about it...because I really want pizza, and tacos, and a wawa hoagie haha.

I just bought a scale off amazon and after I write a review they are going to send me a free food scale. If your interested just message me. The bathroom scale was 43.00 and the free scale was priced at 19.00. I will also let you know what I think when I get it on Monday or Tuesday.

@Trumpet I agree! Bio class sounds good. @ Iama Let me know how it is! I need to invest in it, can't afford it right now! :)
