Didn't expect to feel this good so fast so I am going to up my carbs to normal daily intake because with the exercise I am using too much energy and sleeping too long. 12 hours sleep last night is my body telling me it needs energy. Already walked 30 minutes today. Also by upping my carbs the headaches should go away especially with the 2 liters of water a day challenge. All in all if I continue to listen to my body and not over do it I should be running again in no time. I miss it dearly but not enough to hurt myself which in the end would result in my reaching goals even slower. I keep having to remind myself everything takes time even as great as I feel it is my body saying thank you for not abusing me anymore and setting me free. So I need to hold it and nurse it until it tells me it is ready to do the things I so miss doing. It is very hard because I haven't had this energy during day in a long time. It just can't come fast enough, Daniel managed to walk for about 10 minutes with me dragging behind before I told him to go sit if he isn't able to continue. I want to make sure he knows this is my journey and not his and I would never force him to do anything he didn't want to do. The fact he walked the first 10 is amazing to me and makes me so very proud of him.
