I've been taking all my Diet Calendar data, and entering it every day into Excell, and watching it all in graphs. (I'm a very visual person, I have to SEE it.) And I noticed my fat intake goes up and down like a roller coaster. Like every 2 days my body needs fat, but the next day I unintentionally avoid it, or rather, don't crave it. So it's up, down, up, down. But I did notice that the last 3 days I haven't really craved it at all. It's all been fairly low.
As for my carb intake, it's even more bizzare! I apparently crave it in waves. The graph of my carb intake is like small humps, like, an soft m, or a cheap drawing of a seagull. (Sorry, this is hard to put into words.)
My protein intake has less of a pattern. I thought it was going up, and I was craving more protein (as I am growing a lot more muscle with my workouts) but the last few days I haven't had much. The day I was supposed to have more, I was at my parents' house for dinner, and there was little protein, and the next day I didn't eat much of it either. Today I was craving it, so I had some meat! I'm no vegetarian, but I don't eat a lot of red meat.
It's all very strange. But I'm losing weight, so that's all that matters. My daily calorie intake goes up and down on purpose, but if you know anything about weight loss, then you already know why I do that. :D
