Double digits are here at last. Kicked the scales into a distinct 99.3 kg. I think the cause of the last few week's flat spot was in part due to the scales. Though the digital display appears to be accurate to 0.1 kg, it isn't. Rather, it goes in jumps of around 0.4 to 0.8 kg. So the next weigh-in aught to be 98.7 kg because that seems to be the next jump on the readout.

Keeping up the gym. Only four times last week and will be four times this week too since I have an extra class to teach on Saturday. Back to Five times the week after. Increasing the distances and number of reps each week.

Bellow, grilled chicken penne pasta, Carnation sauce and salad side.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
