Today on a whim I walked 3.3 miles in an hour and 13 minutes. That averages out to 2.75mph; however I think I walked at at least 3mph because I had to stop at several intersections to wait for the crosswalks. Still I am kind of proud of myself because I don't exercise a lot, so this is significant for me. :)
