I did and I survived!! Off the couch and back to working out...and yet as I was 1/2 through my Pilates class I thought "Who's idea was this???". It felt great to sweat again, forgot how much I liked that feeling. 2.5 years of not working out is enough, don't you think?? So one hour of Zumba and then one hour of Pilates....we're off and sweating!! Woooooo!!!! Now on to Wednesday and we do it again!!
