Today I am going to be better. Today I am going to eat well. I will not drink alcohol or sugar laden drinks. Tonight I will eat a proper meal and not snack.

I did ok yesterday I managed everything except the one bottle of Kingfisher beer that I had with my curry, and it was a good curry I have to say. Glad I kept it to one bottle :-)
