well I guess the loss is official- down to 144 and very happy with that, feeling a bit tired today but I will still push to go to kickboxing class- think it will release my stress and maybe elevate my mood- today was suppose to be a "fast" day but I think that might be risky so I will go with a low intake day- have some fruit for breakfast- I didn't really eat well yesterday so I should get something in my stomach this morning-
