Coba HIIT kk.. Itu keren banget.. 30 menit 200kkal.. Terus bisa bikin Jd 40 -90 menit dgn melakukan HIIT 10menit/ sesi.. Untuk sy yg udah 37thn.. Hiit cukup melelahkan tapi cukup membugarkan dgn nilai plus pembakaran kalori yg hampir sama dgn skipping

Slowly kk.. Biasanya kl bisa skipping dgn intensitas tinggi, pasti bs hiit dgn mudah. Wkt sy masih usia 35 sy olahraganya skipping bs sampe 1jam , tp waktu menginjak ke 36-37 rasanya lutut gak kuat & mudah lelah. Sebulan ini sy coba2 hiit .. Rupanya asik juga.. Di mulai dari yg 5menit.. Sekarang sdh bs yang 35 menit 😊
