Yesterday I was 228.3, and would have made my goal of 228.5. But today, 229.1 - Easter over-eating to blame.
Still going to stick to the 10lb this month goal, which means that by next Monday I need to be at 226. I actually saw 226.7 this past week, then began to eat badly again. So I really know I can do this!
226 here I come!
