I have to say that I am glad yesterday is over! It was the laziest day I have had in quite some time and I don't miss those days of lying around and doing very little. At the end of the day, I thought about all those things I could have been doing around the house or at the park and then I thought about the excuses as to why I didn't do those things. I'd like to blame my husband who has no hobbies except doing nothing and drinking but I am in control of my life and accept that I made the decision to be lazy. Is it okay to say that I think we all need a day like that every now and then so we appreciate the days that we make better, healthier decisions for ourselves??
Today is a new day and back to eating right throughout the day and back to the gym! If I want to lose at least 10 pounds before my New Orleans trip in less than 6 weeks, I have to get to it!
