No Easter with family but I did have a super yummy lunch today! The husband took me out to a restaurant downtown for a change. I couldn't help but order a spicy bloody mary and Eggs Benedict but it wasn't the normal Eggs Benedict...made with Pork Belly instead of Canadian Bacon. OMG! So good!! I enjoyed every bite to the end and when I say the end, I mean the plate was super clean! Since I have been watching what I am eating, I really take the time to enjoy what I am eating, especially if it's something I don't eat that often. I still tracked everything and only see fruits and veggies in my future for the rest of the day and I am okay with that!
