Got my mom a new scale this weekend... weighed myself on it and I'm 3lbs heavier than I was at my home scale!! I'm so frustrated!!!

I know how you feel, really. I bought a new scale that measures body fat and water percentage. I weigh 4 1/2 lbs more on this scale. Very frustrating, but I guess it gives me a starting point. You may be retaining water with the driving and the different foods, etc. and change in your routine, or your scale could differ from the one you got your mom. Just hang in there, ok? Don't let something like this sidetrack you from your goals. You're much too important for that : )
