Today started out real good, then we were taken out for lunch, ate the wrong stuff, so my calories were most likely over my limit. I did get a walk in this morning, walked 1.3 miles, which is 2,831 steps. Going out of town on Monday until Wednesday, then I will start in on the good side again.
