Well Friday and Saturday were not workout days for me... vacation! I had a wonderful time with my best friend... we played Wii Sports for like 6 hours between Friday and Saturday. Best time I've had in a long time. I love my best friend so much.

Now I'm home with my parents and I gave my mom the new scale I bought her. She was so excited! She played with it for like half an hour, setting up her profile and whatnot. I'm really glad she liked it. Except she wants me to set up my weight profile, and I've been slacking for 2 days now.

I read a diet called the Up Day Down Day diet. I don't use it, but I don't knock it either. Basically you eat Up one day - meaning high calories (well, moreso just eating normally, not in excess) and one day when you limit yourself to like 500 calories. So, today, I tried to limit myself on calories lower than the 1200 I normally shoot for, because Friday I ate almost 1800 calories. Ah well.

My mom and I are going to work out this week together, I'm excited about it. I love her so much.
