Ok, I may have weighted in the wrong day, but since I am doing it every 7 days here it is. I played a soccer game the night before and it was pretty hot and I sweated out a lot of water. I can only guess the significant drop is the weight from water loss and I plan to weight in tomorrow, after 2 days of hydration. I also have a race to run in New Orleans this Saturday and I'm sure I will pour more water out of me again.
