A bit frustrated, started to binge again; I know relapses are common but I cant afford to relapse! I need to loose weight, I don't want to go back to 90's again, please God help me to loose the extra weight permenantly. I started to log in my food dairy and my exercise, I would like to eat more proteins and less carbs and exercise more....help my buddies!

Hey Anita, I know how fustrating a relaps can be!! Just remember your in control of your own destiny. I know you want to lose the weight and you will. Read what you wrote in your April 4th journel.
