Okay its 2am... and I didn't do so hot yesterday. But it's the first day since I started this new lifestyle/diet that I've really been kinda loose with what I ate. I'm hanging out with my best friend, in my old house... so there's no food or anything here. I brought some snacks but mostly they were just 100 calorie packs that I could easily travel with. Then we went out to eat, and Walmart to buy food for the rest of the night. So I went over my 1500 calorie diet, but I didn't go over my RDI. I am going to see my parents for a few days after this, and I'm hoping I will work out with my mom almost every day while I'm there, and I brought my Wii with my so hopefully I can squeeze in some Wii Active time, even if it's just a low-key tennis workout or whatever.

That's my plan. I love my BFF - we both moved away from our college town... and now he's 6.5 hours away from where I used to live. So this is halfway. We don't have much to do, but it's so nice seeing him. I'd rather have eaten too many calories and spent the day with him than sticking to the diet. I haven't seen him in 2 months. So it's awesome. I'm still really happy.
