This is week 3, which is typically the week when my positives feel like negatives. This week, I almost reverted to my past behavior. My first two weeks, I was not eating a "dessert" but I decided not to deprive myself and added a skinny cow treat daily. On Tuesday, I had a moment when I wanted to eat a second skinny cow--old behavior. I'm glad I did not give in to this momentary lapse and instead stayed the course. So I proved I can alter my behavior. I'm happy for that.
