Good work out. Uping my running sprints. Still not losing inches or weight! UGGGHHH! What's the secret after 45?

I am right there with you! My weight is hardly moving and I am working out like a mad woman. I think this week I am going to add maybe two step classes instead of two runs. Hopefully mixing it up will shock my body! Well, I guess I can hope! I hope you have a good week and maybe we can both see some #'s going down on the scale soon!
