I am almost coming to the end of the warm up week, it has been challenging but am so proud of myself that i was able to suppress my appetite when it came to temptation not easy but so far i have not given in to any temptation THANK GOD! week one out of 52 is almost done! Yesterday i went to the tailor, measured my waist it was 43,i promised her to go back on fourth of November being 39, that means this weekend i literally need to start stomach exercise,because i told her in case i will fail to loose 3 inches i will pay her a certain sum of money....haha My goal weight is to loose 2-5 kg this month, am super excited!
