My official weight this morning is 113.5kg.
That's 4.7kg down in 3 days and I love it :) Usually I celebrate my Thursday losses with cake but I think it's time to see how my results change if I keep Thursdays junk-free.
I should average about 0.5kg to 0.7kg loss per week from next week. This big drops I always get in my 1st week is mostly my body getting rid of water and waste.
I've learnt so much about my body and about food that it looks like I have super powers in weight loss to my friends and family!!! LOL!! Knowledge is power!!!

Good work.Try eat clean as long as you can.you only need to refeed every 9 days.Try intermitten fasting, it helps with releasing HGH, which is a potent fat burner

At3yu24 I do follow a fasting lifestyle for the last 2 or so years :) It's allowed me to lose over 35kg and still enjoy eating burgers, cakes, pizza, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc. I combined the 16:8 Intermittent Fasting with the 5:2 Fast Diet(4:3) and I also incorporate low carb days on Tuesdays. It allows me to pig out on weekends and Thursdays and maintain fat/weight loss goals at my own pace.
