the type of exercise i can do in the comfort of my own home -dance -run stairs for 15 minutes non stop -work out from the computer. i want to be dancing every evening for 30 minutes and run the stairs for 5 minutes and skip rope for 15 minutes, in the morning i want to work out with my computer
