Dave Aspry, of Bulletproof fame, says that it is impossible to overeat calories if one's carbs are low enough. I wonder if his weight training had something to do with that, or maybe his age helped. It will be something to consider as I lose slowly. Those times in which my carbs are extremely limited are the times I lose weight. My calories seem quite high, but my weekly weigh-in yesterday showed a drop of three pounds. I didn't download a new menu for this week in all the stress and activity, so I am repeating last week's menu: Keto Asian Cabbage Stir-Fry Keto Flying Jacob Casserole Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin with Sausage Keto Pesto Chicken Casserole with Feta Cheese and Olives Keto Pizza Keto Hamburger Patties with Creamy Tomato Sauce and Fried Cabbage Keto Chicken Garam Masala
I enjoy cooking, and these were fun. Without a working oven, the pizza didn't come out as planned. It became a pizza omelet on the stove! It was delicious!
I have to cut back on the cheese, but I can have a little bit for the taste. I get these recipes from dietdoctor.com
