Really pissed at myself about this weekend. For 2 days straight I overate so much that my stomach hurt...Uggh I gave in to every craving and just brushed it off. in The end all the hard work of the last 2 weeks has been wiped out...I feel like an idiot.

Thanks. It's just so discouraging sometimes to see yourself just completely break down what you works for so hard....But you are right, I have to keep with it just get angry at how I end up being my own worst enemy.

I understand completely. I feel guilty and ashamed sometimes, but I just try harder each time not to let myself give in cuz the feeling I get is sooo not worth the binging lol
