OMG. As long as I have been recording my food, I have never eaten so many calories!!!! It was KFC--something I have not had in ages. Of course I cannot beat up myself. It is only one day so I will do better tomorrow. Can't beat myself over this. Exercise and eat more healthy. Also record my food!!!!
