Just got back from a walk to the local library bookstore. It was about 3.75 miles and felt good to get the exercise. I didn't eat breakfast this morning because I slept in a little and then took the walk when I got up. I ate some leftover chicken breast and salad wrapped in a tortilla for lunch and some yogurt. Time to make a grocery list and get the errands done now. :)
