I'M BACK...Hi out there, I went away on vacation for about two weeks. I had such a wonderful time. I kinda went off my diet in the begining but after the 1st week I gave myself some pep talk and started eating just right. I'm back and doin better than ever. And I'm now startin to see some results. I drink 2 liters of water a day and walk the treadmill for 35 mins. I don't feel as sluggish as I use to and hopefully I'll keep on the straight path.
