Drove 1/2 hour to workout with friends last night eventhough I have a gym 5 min down the road. The support group makes the process a heck of a lot easier.....It felt good just to be back, however it was hard looking at myself in the mirror and seeing how far I had let myself go.

One day at a time

When I got home had a cup of green tea to unwind....felt the urges to raid the fridge glad I talked myself out of it :) plus my wife hid all the snacks.
