So, today I went to Target. I saw some nice tops that I was tempted to buy, then I thought it would be better to have clothes shopping as a reward after I lose some weight! I got workout clothes instead. I had a really good workout today at the gym. I did 50 minutes of cardio, then did squats, chest presses, and weights. I was so tired after I worked out, but I'm glad I did it. Yesterday was the first day I've taken off, but that was because I was sick in bed all day. I'm feeling better now, and I think todays workout made up for missing yesterday.
